Publication Flow
Publication Flow
The publication process in Jurnal Inovasi Terapan Abdimas (JITA) follows several stages to ensure that each manuscript meets the journal's academic, ethical, and editorial standards.
1. Manuscript Submission. Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system. The manuscript must follow the article template and comply with the author guidelines.
2. Initial Screening. The editorial team checks the manuscript's suitability with the focus and scope of the journal, completeness of metadata, compliance with the template, and similarity level. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected.
3. Peer Review Process. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to reviewers with relevant expertise. JITA applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure an objective and fair assessment.
4. Author Revision. Authors are required to revise the manuscript based on the comments and suggestions from reviewers and editors. The revised manuscript must be submitted within the specified period.
5. Editorial Decision. After reviewing the revised manuscript, the editor will make a final decision. The decision may include acceptance, further revision, or rejection.
6. Copyediting and Layout. Accepted manuscripts will proceed to the copyediting and layout stage. This process ensures that the manuscript is properly formatted and ready for publication.
7. Proofreading. The final version of the article may be reviewed by the author and editorial team to ensure that there are no errors before publication.
8. Publication. Articles that have completed all publication stages will be published in the appropriate issue of JITA and made available through the journal website.
